Our heritage begins with brother-in-laws
Joseph Caschette and Alfred Zillioux as tool
and die makers at Eastman Kodak. They
founded A&J Tool and Manufacturing Co. in
the garage, under the chicken coop.
After 10 successful years of operation serving
customers like Xerox and Kodak, A&J Tool moved to
1036 Maple St. in Rochester NY.
Mr. Caschette purchased the other half of the
business and renamed it Genesee Metal Stampings.
His two sons began running the business thereafter.
Two partners were added with the opening of Genesee Stampings
Inc in Arlington, TX. The GSI facility was built to serve Xerox’s new
manufacturing plant in TX.
Due to the explosive growth of the TX
operation, Genesee Stampings made the
prestigious Inc. 500 Fastest Growing
