Marysville,  WA – Northwest Metalcraft Inc., a subsidiary of Metalcraft Industries Inc., of Westminster, Colorado, has acquired the assets of Caliber Precision Inc. of Mount Vernon, Washington. The acquisition will increase Northwest Metalcraft’s capabilities in CNC Machining, the depth of human capital and broaden sales channels with new markets.

Northwest Metalcraft is a manufacturer specializing in the machining of commercial aerospace components for the Boeing, Airbus, and Gulfstream supply chain. Caliber Precision is a precision machining company offering milling and turning to the defense and industrial markets. Both companies are AS9100 accredited, the international standard that encompasses the ISO 9001 quality standard, and sets guidelines for implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) for the aviation, space, and defense organizations. Both companies are International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registered. ITAR controls the export and import of defense articles and services on the United States Munitions List (USML). Caliber management will continue forward with the new ownership ensuring seamless performance with our valued customers.
