Marysville, WA – Northwest Metalcraft Inc., a subsidiary of Metalcraft Industries Inc., of Westminster, Colorado, has acquired the assets of Trinity Manufacturing Inc. of Arlington, Washington, founded in 2002. The acquisition will increase Northwest Metalcraft’s capabilities in CNC Machining, expand the quality of human capital and broaden sales channels with new markets.
Northwest Metalcraft is a manufacturer specializing in the machining of commercial aerospace, defense and industrial components operating facilities in Marysville and Mount Vernon in Washington state. Trinity Manufacturing Inc is a precision machining company offering CNC milling and CNC turning to the commercial, medical, oil & gas and electronics markets. Trinity management will continue forward with the new ownership ensuring seamless performance for their valued customers.
Both companies maintain an accredited Quality Management System (QMS), which encompasses the ISO 9001 quality standard, recognized internationally as the benchmark that sets the quality guidelines for aviation, space, and defense organizations. Northwest Metalcraft is further registered as an AS9100 and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) facility and formally recognized for their implementation of the NIST 800-171 cyber security protocol, commonly referred to as CMMC, as an approved supplier to one of the world’s top 10 defense contractors.
